E-commerce Merchandising Coordinator

We are constantly on a mission to add smart, innovative and fun loving team members and are looking for an E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator to come join our New York based headquarters. 

Reporting to the E-Commerce Merchandising Manager, the E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator will be a key member of the Merchandising team. This individual will assist the E-commerce Merchandising Manager with the translation of the seasonal product strategy into a world-class shopping experience that aligns with Merchandising and Marketing objectives and initiatives. We are seeking someone with excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure consistency in messaging while working with cross functional partners including Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Creative, and Technology.


  • Create and upload products pages to ensure new/refreshed products launch on time, based upon product launch cadence, seasonal flow of newness, and Product Feature Strategy
  • Update homepage distortions with creative (assets and copy) based on Product Feature Strategy
  • Update site’s top navigation menus based on Product Feature Strategy, enhanced customer experience, and selling optimization
  • Create customized landing pages to support seasonal campaigns or promotions
  • Communicate weekly site changes to homepage and landing pages to cross functional partners to ensure accuracy prior to go live
  • Monitor site daily to optimize selling and increase conversion through sequencing and updating product assets
  • Support merchandising team with analyzing data on a weekly and ad hoc basis to optimize business
  • Conduct periodic review of search terms in order to optimize search results
  • Browse site daily for quality assurance and address issues immediately
  • Coordinate with merchandising and planning teams on inventory changes
  • Coordinate with Creative team on site asset and copy requirements
  • Conduct competitive analysis in order to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced eComm experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce / merchandising for an apparel related company (preferred)
  • Outstanding organizational and cross-functional management skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal communication and written skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
